At Van Der Hout Jewelry, we love redesigning your heirloom or unworn jewelry into something fresh and new for your unique style. We’ll work together to bring life to your ideas. Here’s an overview of how it works:

Step 1: Contact customerservice@vanderhoutjewelry.com with photos of your existing piece, a description of your pieces including any appraisals or certificates, and a budget range.
Step 2: Describe the type of piece you want to create. Inspiration photos are very helpful.
Step 3: In order to bring your vision to life, we will need to receive the jewelry items from you to assess the stones/setting, give you a proper quote, and finalize the details of your project.
Step 4: Once you’re thrilled with the design direction, payment is required before beginning your project. Production can take anywhere from 1 week to 2 months depending on the design.
Step 5: Once your project is complete, we offer the option to melt your existing jewelry for cash to be applied to your final cost or return the metal and stones to you.
Step 6: Treasure your new Van Der Hout jewels!
