Shipping

Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information where you will be able to follow your jewelry on its journey to you.

Our standard free shipping option takes on average between 2 and 4 business days. If you require faster delivery please select the pay option that best suits your needs.

 

Returns:

We offer a full refund within 30 days on all non-custom made products less the cost of return shipping (including any applicable taxes and duties)

Simply email customerservice@vanderhoutjewelry.com and let us know you would like to return/exchange your order and we will take care of the rest.

 

Warranty:

Van Der Hout Jewelry believes in making products with only solid gold and genuine gemstones. While we do our best to ensure that your piece of jewelry is perfect, we know that on occasion something might happen. That’s why we have 1 year warranty from the date of purchase where we will take care of any damage to the material or craftsmanship of your VDH piece.

Please note that there are a few exceptions to our warranty. Details are below on what is not covered under warranty.

  • Replacement of lost items 
  • Normal wear and tear "damages" such scratches, a bent ring or broken chain
  • Improper use or storage
  • Any modification to your product done by another jeweler
  • Replacement of lost stones over 2mm in size

We are of course here to help. A member of our Customer Service team will assess the appropriate next steps regarding warranty coverage/repair costs. Simply contact us at customerservice@vanderhoutjewelry.com.  If within the first year the issue is due to normal wear and not part of the exception above we will repair your piece free of charge. If it does not fall under the warranty we will provide you with an estimate for repairs.
