All in-stock orders are packaged and shipped within 5 business days. If your piece is custom or personalized, however, we’ll typically need between 5 and 15 business days to make it before it’s ready to ship.
Once we’ve filled your order, you’ll get an email from us with a link you can use to track it en route.
Depending on where you live, our free shipping usually takes between 2 and 4 business days to arrive. If you need it there faster, we have other options available at checkout. Remember, a faster shipping time won’t affect how long we need to make your piece—only how quickly it will arrive once we put it in the mail.
Please note that deliveries to British Columbia may experience delays beyond our control due to the state of emergency. We apologize for any inconvenience.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
Orders placed between November 10, 2021 and December 31, 2021 are eligible for return until January 15th, 2022.
We are happy to offer free full refunds within 15 days of your date of delivery on all eligible designs. * To start your return, please go to our ‘Return Portal’ which you can find on our Shipping & Returns page.
*Items not eligible for return include, but are not limited to all personalized items, including any product in our initial collection, name necklaces, and engraved items. Any modification to personalized and made-to-order.
Van Der Hout Jewelry offers a confident 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. We’ll take care of any fault in the material or craftsmanship of your piece within that time. As with any warranty, there are a few exceptions, and we want to be very clear about what those are. Please see below for what is not covered under warranty:
- Lost or stolen items
- Everyday wear and tear like scratches, dings or breaks
- Damage resulting from improper use or storage
- Damage resulting from third-party modifications
- Replacement of lost stones over 2mm
