We are confident you will love your VDH pieces as much as we do; however, if an item arrives defective or breaks due to reasonable 'wear and tear' we will repair it within 14 days of you receiving your item, at no additional cost. The item must be sent back to us via tracked shipment. You are responsible for paying the return shipping fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them. Due to the nature of most of our pieces, personalized and made-to-order items are all final sale.
